PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH MELALUI KONSEP 3R (REDUCE, REUSE DAN RECYCLE) DI KECAMATAN SINJAI UTARA

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengelolaan Sampah Melalui Konsep 3R (Reduce, Reuse dan Recycle) di Kecamatan Sinjai Utara oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kehutanan Kabupaten Sinjai. Penelitian merupakan deskriptif yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil menyimpulkan: Perencanaan pengelolaan sampah berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 10 Tahun 2017 tentang sampah, selain itu melalui masuk dalam rencana strategis dinas lingkungan hidup kehutanan serta dibuatkan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pelaksanaan sampah. Pengorganisasian hal SDM sudah cukup memadai akan tetapi dari segi sarana prasana masih sangat terbatas dikarenakan banyaknya prasarana persampahan tidak layak pakai, ketersediaan Bank telah terbentuk satu Induk terletak depan Kantor Peternakan Pelaksanaan 3 R Recyle) belum optimal berbagai masalah diantaranya tempat atau bank rawan terjadi banjir rendahnya minat masyarakat mengikuti program melalui3 hanya melibatkan satgas dilapangan.
